1.将面粉加入厨师机中,慢慢加入温水,厨师机从低速到高速搅拌面粉,直到面团揉得光滑。

3.猪肉切成小块,把猪肉剁成肉糜。

4.肉糜中加入适量的蚝油、生抽、白胡椒、糖、盐,把肉糜使劲地打上劲,搅拌均匀入味。

5.再加入葱花拌匀。

6.取出松弛好的面团平均分成4份,取出一份擀成30X20cm的片状,厚度约为2-3mm。

7.把腌制好的肉馅均匀地铺在长方形的四分之三。

8.从长方形的四分之一部分开始折叠起来,总共折叠4层,最后把收口处捏紧。将包好的肉饼再次用擀面杖擀薄一些。

9.热油起锅小火把肉饼放入锅中,煎至两面金黄即可。

10.出锅后把肉饼对半切开就可以了。
